Montrose Heritage Trust has been contacted by Rubicon TV in Norway for help in making a feature about Bamse in their popular programme Dyrisk (Animal Matters).
The Trust has been able to supply archive material, photos and video for use in the 30 minute show, scheduled to be broadcast in September 2008.
With a peak time viewing of 700,000 (from a population of 4.5 million) Dyrisk is one of the most popular TV programmes in Norway. It will certainly help to spread the story of Bamse, and will put Montrose on the map!
